Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was in a beautiful location, offering modern facilities in a charming annex. The rooms were perfect for our group of three but some parts were shabby and in need of updating. The service was friendly and went above and beyond, though the early clearing of tables created a rushed atmosphere. The location was excellent for exploring Pas de Calais and the impressive surroundings. The dining experience, while convenient, lacked variety and felt haphazard. Overall, a mix of positives and areas that need improvement.
The hotel room was tiny and lacked privacy, being very hot with windows opening onto the ground floor bar terrace, making it impossible to sleep despite having a fan. The service was not particularly friendly or helpful, slow to replenish certain foods, resulting in overpricing. However, the location was lovely and provided a good base for exploration, although dining was disappointing for the price paid.
The hotel rooms were very spacious, easily accommodating the whole family. The outdoor seating area was a great addition, allowing us to enjoy the expansive grounds. However, the room's small size, sitting somewhat at an angle on the loo, was not ideal.
